Lonnie Wheatley, CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (October 26, 2019) – Indiana’s C.J. Leary took full advantage of an off weekend for the Amsoil USAC National Sprint Car series by dropping in on the USAC Southwest Sprint Car Series at Central Arizona Speedway.
Racing from the sixth starting position, Leary battled to the front in the feature event to take the win aboard the Reinbold/Underwood Motorsports No. 19az Sprint Car.

Headlining the night will be the USAC Southwest Sprint Cars with IMCA Modifieds, Mod Lites and Power 600 Micro in action as well with the green flag flying at 7:00 p.m. A Friday night practice from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. will precede the event.

Lonnie Wheatley, CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (October 12, 2019) – Dennis Gile made it two ASCS Desert Non-Wing Sprint Car series wins in a row by wiring the field in Saturday night’s 25-lap feature event atop the Central Arizona Speedway clay oval.
While Gile took Sprint Car honors, other Saturday night winners included Bo Partain in IMCA Sport Modified action, Nelson Morrow in Pure Stocks and Grant Schaadt and Cameron LaRose in winged and non-wing Power 600 Micro Sprint competition.
